Approved Hardware Ordering Instructions

When ordering Apple Hardware:

Three Purchase Orders have to be filled out.

Ø    Please refer to our sample P.O. #’s 1, 2 and 3

When Ordering Lenovo Hardware:

Three Purchase Orders have to be filled out.

Ø    Please refer to our sample P.O. #’s 4, 5 and 6

When Ordering CDW-G Projectors:

Ø    Please refer to our sample P.O. #7

When Ordering Smartboards:

Ø    Please refer to our sample P.O. #8

When Ordering Mimio products:

Ø    Please refer to our sample P.O. #9

When Ordering Document Cameras (Elmo) products:

Ø    Please refer to our sample P.O. #10

Our samples are provided for an example only.  You will need to transfer this information onto a real Purchase Order Form then fax it to Mary Ellen Killenbec’s attention at 435-4978 for review and approval.  She will follow up with you as to how to proceed with the order.
